Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: [25-Feb-26]

Welcome to Kallu Farms (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By booking, purchasing, or using our website (https://www.kallufarms.pk), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Kallu Farms

Kallu Farms is a dedicated goat-raising farm located in:

Village Kallu, Tehsil Kallar Kahar, District Chakwal, Pakistan.

We specialize in premium, organically fed, Shariah-compliant Qurbani goats raised in calm farm conditions — not mandi environments.

2. Animal Health & Welfare

  • All goats are raised under regular veterinary supervision.

  • Routine vaccination and deworming schedules are strictly followed.

  • Only organic and natural feed is used.

  • No steroids, artificial growth boosters, or harmful chemicals are ever used.

Each goat is ensured to be healthy, active, and fit for Qurbani at the time of delivery.

3. Shariah Compliance

Kallu Farms strictly adheres to Shariah-compliant practices in breeding, feeding, and animal handling.

  • All goats are free from disqualifying defects.

  • Animals are treated humanely.

  • Age verification (teeth inspection) can be provided upon request.

4. Buying Process

Our process is transparent and structured:

  1. Buyer shares budget or meat requirement

  2. A suitable KF Bakra is assigned

  3. Full payment is made

  4. Goat is raised and monitored until Eid

  5. Final weight is adjusted fairly at delivery

5. Weight Policy & Guarantee

All displayed weights are projected estimates for Eid-ul-Adha based on healthy growth patterns.

  • If actual weight on Eid exceeds the estimate, the buyer will pay the difference at the prevailing rate.

  • If actual weight is less than the estimate, Kallu Farms will refund the difference.

  • If the buyer requires the exact same estimated weight, an alternative goat may be offered (subject to availability).

Estimated meat yield is approximately 50% (+/- 5%) of live weight. This may vary due to natural biological factors.

All weigh-ins are conducted in the morning before feeding or watering to maintain transparency.

6. Name Your Goat

Each buyer may name their goat at the time of booking.
The goat will be tagged and identified with that name for personalized updates and tracking.

7. Payment & Discounts

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Installments are not offered.

  • Discounts (if offered) apply only on immediate full payment.

  • Partial or delayed payments do not qualify for discounts.

Ownership transfers only after full payment is received.

8. Care Until Eid

If booked in advance, goats remain under Kallu Farms’ care until Eid-ul-Adha.

They are maintained under proper feeding, veterinary supervision, and clean farm conditions.

9. Death or Loss Policy

In the rare event of death or loss of the animal before delivery:

  • 100% of the paid amount will be refunded
    OR

  • A replacement goat may be offered (subject to buyer preference and availability).

10. Cancellation / Change of Mind

If a buyer cancels after booking confirmation:

  • 15% of the total amount will be deducted as Farm Service & Maintenance Charges.

  • The remaining amount will be refunded within 10–15 working days.

  • Cancellations requested within 30 days of Eid-ul-Adha are not eligible for refund.

11. Delivery & Handover

  • Delivery will be made at least two or more days before Eid-ul-Adha, or as mutually agreed.

  • Delivery is available in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Chakwal, and nearby areas.

  • Buyers may also arrange farm pickup at a mutually agreed time.

If the buyer is unavailable at the delivery address:

  • Delivery may be rescheduled, or

  • Pickup from the farm may be requested within 24 hours.

Farm visits are welcome with prior scheduling (minimum one week notice recommended).

12. Ownership Transfer

Ownership transfers only after:

  • Full payment is received, and

  • The animal is delivered or handed over.

13. Weight & Growth Updates

Regular weight and growth updates are shared via WhatsApp or other communication channels as part of our transparency policy.

All goats are weighed every 2–4 weeks to monitor healthy development.

14. Responsibility After Handover

After delivery and handover:

  • Full ownership,

  • Health responsibility,

  • Safety, and

  • Animal care

are transferred entirely to the buyer.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or concern will be handled amicably, transparently, and fairly between both parties.

16. Limitation of Liability

  • Natural variations in weight, biological growth, and meat yield may occur.

  • Kallu Farms is not liable for issues arising after delivery and handover.
